StateTrigger and RelativePanel in Windows 10
I came across a great blog post by Kevin Gosse about some new controls in the Windows 10 SDK. StateTrigger and RelativePanel look like great additions to the developer’s toolbox.
StateTrigger simplifies visual states by adding in-line conditions and more concise syntax, and RelativePanel lets you place controls in relation to other controls.
Both of these new controls look like they’ll make designing UIs much simpler, especially in Universal Apps that need to resize and reshape to fit everything from a 4-inch phone to a massive Surface Hub and everything in between.
Check out the post Windows 10 SDK – StateTriggers and RelativePanel at Kevin Gosse’s blog for all the details.
More about the Windows 10 SDK will come soon at the Build 2015 conference in April.
